Milford High School and the coach of its freshman boys’ basketball team should be held immune from liability in a lawsuit filed on behalf of a teenager who was bullied by other players, an attorney for the school district argued Thursday. Ohio law shields the school district and coach Thomas Kilgore from such a claim, attorney Bernard Wharton argued in Clermont County Common Pleas Court. Wharton urged Judge Jerry R.
