The head of a Hagerstown cheerleading club for kids as young as 2 is scheduled to return to court Tuesday to defend herself against charges she held an illegal gambling event.
Prosecutors contend 35-year-old Anna Miles organized an unlicensed bingo-and-tip-jar event in 2006, and used $2,000 of the proceeds to repay a mother who had bailed her out of jail in 2005.
