More accusations have been made against Jeffrey Steven Woodyard, who was head coach of Nansemond Swim Club in northern Suffolk. Woodyard was arrested Aug. 8, two additional victims have emerged, Suffolk city spokeswoman Debbie George said. The boys, ages 15 and 16, both received text messages that encouraged them to send inappropriate photos to Woodyard.
